One of the things I have learnt from being a psychotherapist, is to challenge narratives - the story we tell ourselves about ourselves.
Being fair, holding attachments lightly, resilience, perception - living
en-purpose - are the intangibles that really matter to me.
My life is underpinned by my core values, my strengths and a desire to help others appropriately.
"Thank you so much for everything this past year. I am so grateful for everything you have helped me understand and for the person I am now. It has been wonderful knowing you." V
"...I will forever be grateful for helping me find the adult in me and boundaries during these difficult but life changing moments of my life." J
"...In some ways I've changed, in others maybe not so much - but definitely for the better!" P
"Just want to say thank you again for the great help you have given me last spring - it was just of enormous help." T
"I just wanted to thank you from the bottom on my heart for all the support you've given me, and for standing by me and believing in me even when I haven't believed in myself..." "...You are an inspiration to me, and I value you deeply." H
"Thank you so much for all your help and understanding through the years." N
